I worked with a Stoneking/ von Storch architects on rendering this interior design for a new restaurant in town. We went through several iterations testing finishes and lighting options to refine the initial design.

This next project was done for a development company that is marketing a residential building on the waterfront in Southeast DC. I prepared some initial marketing material for a presentation the company was preparing. These renders show a typical apartment interior and the rooftop amenity space.

I’m happy to chalk up another successful set of images and renderings. From the client:

We got full concept approval for unit B – the flat, stepped version.  Full bore go ahead now.

Your renderings were, once again, the center and main talking points.  The board and the architects on it were very impressed with the photorealism/context renderings.
